Ledson Epix9+
The Epix9+ Wide driving beam in ivory white & black body has a 40° wide beam pattern, compared to 20° for the driving beam, providing significantly greater coverage and safe visibility even in demanding environments. The wide beam pattern makes it easier to spot animals and other unexpected obstacles in good time, while the range of 677 metres in power boost mode and 359 metres in E-approved mode provides a well-balanced combination of width and length in the beam pattern.
Proprietary Swedish design
Epix9+ from Ledson is a series of auxiliary lights with a proprietary Swedish design that takes the vehicle's appearance to a higher level. The design language has been developed by Ledson and combines aesthetic expression with high performance, giving a unique and exclusive impression that clearly distinguishes it from traditional auxiliary lights. Light performance and design are designed to work together in a balanced way.
Dynamic position light
Epix9+ has a dynamic position light where the light turns on with a sequential movement from one side of the auxiliary light to the other before shining at full intensity. This feature gives the vehicle a distinct and distinctive light character on the road.
Pulse-controlled power boost
Epix9+ is equipped with power boost, an extra power mode for occasions when maximum brightness is desired. The mode is switched by a simple manoeuvre with the high beam lever, making it possible to adjust the amount of light to the current conditions. The new generation of pulse-controlled power boost from Ledson is activated by strobeing the high beam lever according to the steps specified in the accompanying instructions. The Auxiliary light is supplied in E-approved mode and the power boost is only activated after the instructions have been followed.
Mounting the Epix9+ on the vehicle (available as a complete package)
Connection: Ledson Connect 4-pin cable sets enable connection of auxiliary lights in just a few steps. The cable set with pre-assembled connectors is compatible with vehicles with halogen, xenon or LED high beams.
- Plug & Play: Installation is carried out without complicated connections by connecting the supplied power tap or adapter cable (accessories), without affecting the car's original wiring.
- Smart functionality: The same wiring can be used to control both auxiliary lights and position lights.
- Flexibility: By adding a switch cable (7801009), the auxiliary lights can be switched off in fog or snow, for example.
- Compatible with XBB: Together with the XBB Dongle and Power Unit, a solution is created that does not affect the vehicle's original wiring, particularly suitable for vehicles with xenon or LED lighting.
Installation: The auxiliary light can be mounted discreetly and securely with a number plate holder or tube bracket. Various mounting options are available as accessories.
